NYC Times Square Time Lapse
Times Square in New York city is perhaps one of the most famous places in Manhattan. The anual New Year's eve celebrations broadcast from there to viewers around the country have helped cement the image of this place in the mind of the American public.
Times Square is in Mid-town Manhattan, and it borders of the theater world-famous district called Broadway. The area has tons of bright lights and is very, very frequently bustling with activity. For NYC residents Times Square can be seen as a good place to avoid, due to the swarms of visitor and tourists standing on the packed side walks to take in the sights and sounds. For someone who is trying to get to a specific place on time the extra congestion can be frustrating. For most visitors however, they will never see another place like this on earth. The time lapse and cross dissolve effects of this short video clip to a good job of simulating the disorientation that one can feel on their first visit.
